⭐️ Start saying no...tactfully ⭐️ And not feel guilty about it ⭐️ So you can say YES to what really matters (at work & at home) 🤜 I will give you 10 exactly scripted ways to say no (tactfully) and also show you how to release the guilt that often comes with saying no. We are caregivers, high achievers, and helpers. And along with that, comes us WANTING to say yes. But saying yes to everything puts us in a position where everything just simply doesn't fit into our life (like time for ourselves, healthy habits like exercise, FUN, being home "on time" and present with our family in the evenings). 💥 Start taking control of your time by saying no more often....and NOT feeling icky about doing it. Bring YOUR situations where you've wanted to say no. 🎯 ➡️ There are two offerings: May 24th or May 26th from 12:30-1:30 EST. (I'll be presenting the same thing on both dates on the same meeting link, just come to the one that better fits your schedule).
